These Terms of Service apply to Checksmark websites, Discord bots, Roblox experiences, tools, dashboards, support systems, and any other services we operate. By using our services, you agree to use them responsibly and follow these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to harass others, abuse support systems, interfere with service operations, exploit bugs, attempt unauthorized access, spam, impersonate others, or violate applicable platform rules, including Discord and Roblox rules.
We may limit, suspend, or remove access to our services if we believe a user is creating safety, security, operational, or legal risk.
Discord Bots and Support Channels
Some Checksmark Discord bots and support systems may process messages sent in official ticket, support, moderation, safety, or staff communication channels. These systems exist to provide support, document staff interactions, and protect users, communities, and services.
Messages sent directly to a Checksmark bot, or inside official ticket and communication channels, may be stored and reviewed by authorized staff. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the support request.
Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the content you submit through our services. You represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate the rights of others.
We may remove content, close tickets, restrict bot access, or take other reasonable action when needed to enforce these terms or protect the integrity of our services.
Availability and Changes
Our services are provided as available. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services at any time, including features offered through websites, bots, games, tools, or other systems.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Checksmark provides the services without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every issue can be resolved.
Checksmark is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
