This Privacy Policy explains how Checksmark handles information across our websites, Discord bots, Roblox experiences, tools, dashboards, support systems, and other services we operate.
Information We Collect
We collect information that users choose to provide through our services, such as contact requests, support tickets, bot messages, staff communications, and other submissions.
For Discord services, we may collect Discord account identifying information that appears in official tickets or staff communication channels, such as user IDs, usernames, message content, timestamps, channel information, attachments, and staff responses.
Our Discord bot is not intended to broadly log user activity. It may store messages inside official ticket, support, safety, moderation, or staff communication channels, and it may store responses sent directly to the bot. Outside of those contexts, we do not use the bot to collect general user message history.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide support, respond to requests, operate bots and services, maintain safety records, investigate abuse, enforce rules, improve service reliability, and protect Checksmark, our communities, and users.
We may also use basic technical information necessary to run, secure, debug, and maintain our websites, bots, games, dashboards, and backend systems.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with authorized Checksmark staff, service providers that help us operate our systems, platform providers such as Discord or Roblox when required, or when necessary to comply with law, enforce rules, or protect safety and security.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for support, safety, security, operational, recordkeeping, or legal purposes. Ticket and staff communication records may be retained to help resolve disputes, review safety issues, and maintain community integrity.

You can avoid providing certain information by not submitting it through tickets, forms, bot messages, or official communication channels. If you need help with access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us and we will review the request based on the information involved and our operational, safety, and legal needs.
Children and Platform Rules
Our services may operate on third-party platforms with their own age requirements and privacy rules, including Discord and Roblox. Users are responsible for following those platform requirements when using Checksmark services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted means the updated policy applies.
